From the last meeting held with the City Council came the ultimatum launched by the councillor of Sats-Montjuïc, Jordi Martí, who warned there would not be any further negotiations. The council gave the members of Can Vies the option to leave the building voluntarily, so that the municipal administration could take ownership of the property, reform it with a group of institutions and further develop an cession agreement with those institutions. The Can Vies Support Platform rejected it because they were afraid, once the reforms were finished, their return could be prevented, according to BTV.
